The sister duo connects glass and authorial jewellery through themes of ecology and the relationship between people and nature. Anna Gállyová presents jewellery inspired by protected and endangered species found in Slovakia, using forms based on traces and abstracted imprints. In her vase collection, Zuzana Gállyová materialises the inner negative space of a dying tree. Together, the two projects give form to what is gradually disappearing from nature and convey its quiet voice.
